I think they are a legitimate company. Here is a quote from

What i like about cheapcaribbean.com is you can talk to a live representative 24/7. That is great.
As you would any other website or travel agencies, make sure the price quote is for everything. Taxes, gratuities etc. Check out the hotel on tripadvisor.com. Always ask what happens if you have a problem with your reservation, will they be there to help.
I have never used this company but I know others have and it turned out okay.

Does CheapCaribbean.com stick to it's advertised prices or do they up the price when you book the vacation?
I have not used this site before but I checked it out.
I'm impressed with it's credibility.
It has a 1800#, which I called and while I was on hold I learned the Caribbean Jim is featured on Radio Disney. To be associated with Disney is a plus. Don't know how they deal with issues but I would try it if it was up to me.
