You want to know if Microsoft would be okay with you receiving a software key, worth over a hundred dollars in retail, from an independent non-authorized seller from Ebay selling it for less than 30% the price?
And you want to know where you can buy copies of software that lack the keys? As in, where Microsoft sells products that were meant to be pirated and cracked and not sold througsoftware downloads for windows vistah legitimate channels?
Unless you own a legal Product Key for your Microsoft software, you won't be able to get the product activated anyway. It's hard enough right now to own a legal copy of Vista and do a System Recovery to clean up your computer and then try to get the product activated again! Microsoft can and will track illegal copies of their licensed copyrighted products! You won't be able to update, so your "cheap" version of Vista won't work anyway. Do the right thing and purchase the software you wish to use.

If you already have a key on your machine, then you can download the correct software, or buy it, and install using the key on your machine.
You have to make sure you are using the correct version of vista. The keys listed on the side of machines from the likes of Dell and HP are OEM keys. And only an OEM version of Vista will recognize the key as valid.
If you are trying to avoid paying for Widows, then you are likely to get caught eventually. So good luck with that.
